Saturna has an area of 31 square kilometers (12 square miles) and a year-round population of approximately 300. Many visitors enjoy:

Open fires are not permitted anywhere on Saturna Island during the summer months. A (free) permit is required at most other times. Fire permits are available at:

Doctor

There is no full-time doctor on Saturna Island but there is a medical clinic and there is sometimes a nurse or other medical professional on the island.
